Compact Tractor and Equipment operates as both a business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) supplier. We work with registered businesses such as construction companies, contractors, farms, and licensed operators, as well as private individuals purchasing equipment for personal, agricultural, or commercial use. All customers receive the same transparent process, documentation, and support.

• All sales are by request only. Customers must submit a request form to receive a customized quote.
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer (wire or ACH) and financing options.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment or financing approval is received.
• All invoices must be paid in USD.

We sell new, used, and refurbished heavy equipment and agricultural machinery. The condition and warranty are specified individually per item or quote. All equipment is inspected, serviced, and ready for job site or farm use.

Most equipment includes a limited functionality warranty covering major components and systems. Claims must be submitted in writing within the stated warranty period. See our Warranty & Return Policy for complete details.

Compact Tractor and Equipment is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, operation, or maintenance of the equipment. Buyers must ensure proper operator training, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Legal disputes shall be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
